The Trans Health Platform is an initiative aiming to bring together trans people, healthcare providers, and organizations, to work together at improving trans health care in Sweden. Two important pillars upon which our organization is built are our belief in self-determination and the depathologization of trans and non-binary identities.

Our Health, Our Lives!
Our next big event is the first installation of the National Trans Health Conference we are organizing during the 11th-12th of November in Gothenburg, Sweden.
We are bringing together experts, activists and the community to discuss and plan for our health and our lives! Get ready for inspiring talks, informative workshops, an art exhibition and opportunities to get empowered. Let’s get together, share knowledge and build strategies for the societal change we want to see.
At a time when government funding for publicly funded care is being cut and where transphobia is reaching new heights with public service as a tool, we hope to create a space for listening, learning and collective action together.

To reach our goals, organize our events, have an impact on legislation and achieve societal change, we need to build solidarity between us & strengthen our communities.
